About this role
This award-winning architecture firm is seeking a Studio coordinator to support and uplift the dynamic team. The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a highly maintained studio and assisting with HR procedures under direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, the Studio Coordinator will be responsible for providing a positive environment to staff and clients, maintaining and improving the organisations culture.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact to all visitors to the studio The monitoring and response to all applications Development and implementation of HR procedures including aspects of salary and performance reviews, induction frameworks and leave requests Ad hoc duties as guided by the COO
Skills and experience
2-3 years previous experience in a similar office support role Excellent attention to detail and high level of organisation Ability to multitask and prioritise workload under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills
