Full Time Buyer’s Agent Assistant

We are looking for a committed, customer centric focused individual who will help shape and influence the positive culture here at Taylored Property Wealth whilst exceeding in their role to deliver top results and service to our clients. 

This role for the right candidate has many opportunities for career progression in multiply different avenues. 

The role will include the following below but is not limited to these tasks: 

• Relationship building with sales agents to source stock for clients. 
• Completing due diligence on properties to ensure they adhere to our strict criteria for property selection 
• Completing formal property presentations for clients 
• Professional and presentable at all times
• Assisting with content creation: Filming and editing of content and liaising with the social media manager 
• Scheduling of the Managing Director and Buyer’s Agents calendar 
• Administration tasks across outlook, our CRM, and external websites
• Assist in communicating with business partners to mutually assistant clients 

Must have: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with our business 
• Self-motivated individual that strives to exceed in their role 
• Values that align with our business 
• Laptop required for this role

Location: a requirement of this role is that you must reside in Newcastle NSW and have a drivers license. Flexibility of working from home or remotely from time to time is a possibility. 

Salary: Discussed upon application and will vary depending upon experience and skill set. Base salary plus super with the opportunity for commission in the future.
