The Role:

As a Timar Buyer's Agent, you'll be a key player in helping clients purchase their dream homes or investment properties. Your responsibilities include referral networking, conducting client brief analysis, sourcing properties, inspections, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the settlement process. We're after driven individuals with a real estate background who have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively build lasting client relationships.
• Develop strong connections with local real estate professionals.
• Network strategically to generate leads for the business
• Identify upcoming opportunities and secure off-market listings.
• Work strategically in the Tasmanian region, networking, creating buyer briefs, and negotiating purchases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Buyer's Agent.
• Valid real estate license in Tasmania or another state.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Own transportation and availability for flexible working hours
