We are seeking a qualified Cabinet Maker who is eager to showcase their industry skills and leadership qualities, and work their way into a Leading Hand role. The Role
Your role as a qualified cabinetmaker will include the below tasks/requirements:
- assembly of custom cabinetry, table frames and seating
- manufacture and upholstering of desk screens
- skilled work with a number of different bench/desk top materials, such as Veneer, High Pressure Laminate, Solid Timber, Furniture Linoleum
- use of hand tools, and machinery such as edge banders and panel saws
- maintaining a safe and organised work area
- ensuring all work is completed at a high standard
- Able to read and interpret drawings and job specifications
- being customer focused with a friendly and approachable manner
Working hours are from 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am – 1:00pm on Friday with optional overtime. We are also open to being flexible with hours.
