Feddersen Consulting Group (FCG) provides compliance consulting services to clients in preparation for ISO certification and/or regulatory compliance.
FCG's core business is management system consulting and assisting clients to achieve and to maintain their Quality, Environmental and Safety management systems that comply with the relevant International and Australian Standards in private and public sectors.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and proactive cadet to join our team.
Role Description
This full-time Cadet Consultant position at FCG is located in Brisbane, where you will learn all aspects including:
• Internal auditing
• Lead auditor of Quality, Safety and/or Environmental Management systems
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as:
• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
• ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• ISO 27001:2022 Information Security
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Reporting to the manager
• Undertaking training with eagerness and motivation to learn the industry
• Attendance at meetings
• Willingness to travel within the state and interstate to clients’ sites and offices
• Successful training in:
• Conducting internal audits,
• Gap Audits,
• Compiling reports with findings,
• Providing advice and solutions to meet clients’ requirements and goals,
• Document development.
Qualifications and Competencies
• Tertiary qualifications preferably in technical or business
• Experience in management systems highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with country living and understanding rural communities highly regarded.
Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
