A position has arisen for a stand out 2nd or 3rd year Cadet, to work for one of Australia's national leading builders. Our client has been established for over 100 years and has won multiple awards for excellence. They have earned an excellent reputation for delivering quality new build projects across commercial, education, government, health and industrial sectors ranging from $5m up to $200m.
The Role
As part of the Cadet program you will rotate and will be provided with excellent mentoring, training & development to equip you with the skillset required to support Contract Administrators, Engineers and Estimators.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Cadet to build a career with a main contractor who invests in their people and your individual career goals.
The Successful Candidate
To take advantage of this opportunity it is essential that you are studying a Bachelor of Construction Management degree onshore in Australia.
You will also have strong communication and organisational skills & excellent work ethic with a can do positive attitude.
We are seeking a progressive, dynamic and hard-working individual who is passionate about the construction industry and keen to learn.
Any experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.
