Heritance Restaurant & Bar situated in Clyde North, Victoria is looking for a full-time Cafe and Restaurant Manager. The applicants must have the right attitude and skills, as well as the right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong hospitality background with the ability to lead a team to execute the ultimate customer experience.
Responsible for managing a team of Baristas, Floor Staff and Chefs, this role requires a person who possesses both strong leadership skills to deliver an outstanding and memorable service to our regular and first-time customers alike.
The following responsibilities and tasks will be assigned to you:
Task and Responsibilities
Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
Planning and organizing special functions
Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional
and of suitable appearance
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
Selecting, training and supervising F & B staff
May take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders
Qualifications & Experience: -
Recognized Diploma in Hospitality Management OR Equal with
Minimum 3 years of managerial level experience.
OR
Minimum 5 years of managerial work experience in hospitality Industry
Extensive experience in similar position may substitute the formal qualifications
