We're on the hunt for a super chill Cafe Assistant Manager to join our crew. You'll be the backbone of our cafe, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled coffee machine, all while keeping the good times brewing.
What You'll Do:
- Be the ultimate team player, supporting our awesome cafe staff to keep the good vibes flowing and the customers coming back for more.
- Help run the show day-to-day, from keeping our inventory in check to making sure our space is always cozy .
- Keep things clean because, let's be real, nobody wants to sip their latte surrounded by dust.
- Be the friendly face customers love to see, handling their questions, feedback, and maybe even a complaint or two with a smile (preferably not forced) and some serious problem-solving skills.
- Team up with our management squad to dream up cool ideas for making our cafe even more awesome and keeping our regulars coming back for more.
- Lead by example, showing our crew how it's done and inspiring them to bring their A-game every single day.
What You Bring to the Table:
- You've got some experience in the hospitality world, maybe even as a rockstar barista or in a role where you've helped run the show.
- You're the master of chill, with mad communication skills and the ability to juggle a million things without breaking a sweat.
- You're all about making people's day, and you know that a killer smile and a friendly attitude can make all the difference.
- You're not afraid of a little hustle and bustle; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.
