Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced café
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, including proper storage of food and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
