Our client is currently looking for an experienced Cafe Manager for a new style cafe opening in February 2024, backed by an established brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational: Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to quality standards.

 - Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor your team and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure effective stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.

- Financial Oversight:  Work closely with the management team to meet financial targets, control budgets, and drive profitability.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and industry trends.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of financial principles and experience with budget management.
