We are seeking a Cafe Manager to lead and motivate a small team.
Monday to Friday only, no weekend work.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example to inspire team members in the provision of excellent customer service
- Manage the Cafe's administration, systems and ordering
- Work with the Area Manager to maintain both labour and COGS budgets
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
- Maintain hygiene, quality, safety and presentation of the Cafe
A little about You:
- Possess amazing customer service
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar management role
- A passion for hospitality and leadership
- The ability to influence, lead and coach a team
- Very strong all-round cafe and barista skills
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be desirable but not mandatory
- Must be vaccinated against Covid.
