Coffers Cafe is a locally owned and operated business which operates the cafe inside the Treasury Building. We specialise in providing our customers locally roasted coffee and a fresh, seasonal menu. Our focus is always on our loyal customers and high quality product.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on management of day to day operations
- Daily POS reconciliation
- Ordering
- Rostering
- Ensuring cleanliness of the cafe
- Ensuring all cafe procedures and policies are being adhered to
- Ensuring customer satifisfaction
- Undertake general administrative duties such as, data entry, preparing rosters, updating procedures and policies, customer signage
- Communicating clearly between owner, FOH team and the Kitchen, working closely with the Head Ched to ensure a cohesive working environment
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 years experience in a hoispitality supervisor or manage role
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Experience providing high quality and high volume coffees
- Experience in MYOB will be an advantage
- Experience in Lightspeed will be an advantage
