We are seeking a talented and experienced Cafe/Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. The Cafe/Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
The responsibilities are :
Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe/restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Manage food and beverage costs, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special promotions
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
