The Botanical Café in Kings Park is looking for a dynamic hospitality professional to step into the role of Full Time Café Manager. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient Café Front of House Operations.
The Botanical Café is fully licensed providing all-day dining overlooking Perth.
As Café Manager, your role will involve;
- Managing the day to day running of the Café Front of House Operations, liasing with the Head Chef
- Managing email and phone correspondence, including reservations
- Leading the Café` Front of House team, ensuring they uphold and are trained in all company Standard Operating Procedures
- Actively promoting the Café` and special events
- Rostering & Payroll
- Managing Café costs and budgets
- Ordering & maintaining supplier relationships
- Participating in weekly management meetings
- Maintaining Café presentation and cleanliness
What are we looking for?
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations
- Energetic, reliable and positive with experience of leading a team
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends
- Experience managing budgets
- Sounds coffee experience
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Police Clearance
- Experience in rostering, hiring and training, with general HR knowledge
