As a Legal Personal Assistant within the firms Sydney office, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a busy litigation Partner, who also serves as the Office Managing Partner and International Co-Chair of the International Department. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will build strong internal and external relationships, contributing to the success of a prestigious law firm.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual with the following qualifications:
- Comprehensive Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of iManage, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, One Note), VC systems (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Chrome, Chime), PDF document management, Kiteworks file sharing, and Elite/Aderant Financial/Billing.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook searching, iManage document management, and searching.
- Legal Experience: Prior experience working for a busy and nimble litigation team is crucial, with a preference for candidates who have gained experience and training with a leading law firm.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit first-class interpersonal skills, displaying sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
- Organisational Skills: Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Independence and Pressure Handling: Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines.
