We're on the hunt to find the best Barista in Coolangatta to join our venue management team as a Shift Manager/Cafe Manager on a full-time basis. This role involves exposure to all aspects of day-to-day running of the venue and a strong focus on driving morning trade.

You:

To be well equipped for success in the Café Manager role, you'll need a few tricks up your sleeve...

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with clear communications.
• At least a year or two of supervisor/management experience in a bar/restaurant setting.
• Able to motivate and train a team of staff.
• Friendly, positive and approachable attitude.
• Good banter and up for a challenge.
• Genuine interest in all things beer.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Have a valid QLD RSA and unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
• Be physically fit with the ability to handle some heavier items for the brewing process.
