Gelare Cafe South Perth is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to overses the operations of the cafe day to day.
This is a Full-Time job opportunity.
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 per year + superannuation
Qualification & Experience
- Relevant Diploma or above qualification in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Cafe or Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations
- Ensure operational procedures deliver maximum efficiency including staff roles and responsibilities
- Arrange the purchase, order supplies according to the budget as needed
- Maintain all expense receipts and financial transactions
- Hire, train and supervise staff to deliver great customer service
- Organise and plan special functions
- Maintain relationship with customers and collect feedback
- Ensure the cafe is maintained in compliance with health, safety and hygiene legislation and guidelines

- Morning shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays availability
- Weekend availability
