Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking and fulfilling orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee preparation area and customer seating areas.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines in the handling and preparation of food and beverages.
- Stay informed about coffee industry trends, new products, and brewing techniques.
Cafe Manager Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Train and mentor cafe staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and follow company standards.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while controlling costs.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality; coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and attract new customers.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly, striving to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista and in cafe management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic understanding of financial aspects such as budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
