Lorna Cafe Group are looking for a passionate, organised and all-round cool person to head up the flagship property as Cafe Manager - Lorna Cafe.

The Lorna Group consists of 3 high performing and busy cafes.

Lorna Cafe is based in Ferntree Gully, with seating for 90 - Awarded ‘Cafe of the year’ at the Age Good Food Guide 2023 awards.  Along with Urban List's top cafes for 2024!

With a fun an engaged team to oversee, you will be hands on and will continue to maintain the standard set by the team - as well as to continue to innovate and improve work flow + be involved with our wonderful community & regulars.

Mentor and development of the crew is crucial to continue to provide exceptional service whilst maintaining cost and profitability.

Skills required:

• Experienced with high volume (we’re busy!)
• Great problem solving skills 
• Stock control and ordering
• Calm demeanor and super friendly
• Able to mentor and develop strong team leaders
• Deliver exceptional customer service 
• Be the face of the business!
