Frontside Food & Wine is hiring a Cafe Manager.
This is a unique role at a prominent Port Melbourne venue that is only Monday- Friday and no public holidays! There is also loads of free parking around the venue making your work commute easy.
We are looking for someone who is an expert in creating exceptional customer experiences with a good level on management experience and who highly organised. You will be working on the floor each day and managing the front of house and working closely with our kitchen team.
What we offer:
Your role will mostly be Mon-Fri although you must be available weekends when needed.
Entry level into this role requires that you have a solid level of barista experience, management experience and also foundational experience in managing cost of goods and training.
Experienced in this role requires that you have a deep understanding of budgets, cost of goods sold, training and managing multiple sites successfully for a period longer than 18 months.
