- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts

- Ensure Responsible service of Alcohol policies are implemented and maintained in accordance with our Cafe on-License restrictions
- To hold regular On-The-Job training sessions to ensure that staff can perform their duties correctly.
- Ensure all tasks of setting up, serving and closing are all done correctly
- Plan menus in consultation with chef; estimate food costs and profits; adjust menus
- Budgeting of food costs, staff costs, equipments costs and other general maintenance costs
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
