Sentinel Bar & Grill is an iconic Perth CBD restaurant & bar looking after the corporate clientele for business lunches, coffee meetings or after work drinks as well as the local dinner crowd and tourists. We are looking for the right person to help lead our Front of House team and assist the Venue Manager in our 6-day operation.

We are searching for a switched-on hospitality person with hands on leadership qualities and an outgoing personality who can lead by example and support and coach staff to their full potential.
We are a French New York Style Bistro specialising and known for high quality Steaks, local seafood and modern European Cuisine with an extensive award wining wine list of local and international wines.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leading role (Supervisor / Assistant)
- Previous experience in a premium venue
- Experience in supervising fine dining and events
- WA Approved Managers Card (or willing to get)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing a Food and beverage service that exceeds customers’ expectations
- Supervising and building a very strong and positive team
- Function and event organisation
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and coaching the team to do the same
- Managing the Front of House as second in charge under Venue Manager
