Yiamas Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager.
We are an award winning Greek inspired venue with a carefully curated wine and beverage list.
Our goal at Yiamas is to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences with warm, inviting and attentive service.
This role will be integral to the smooth operation of the venue before and during service.
Some of the duties involved:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Agreeing and managing budgets.
- Creating staffing rotas.
- Planning menus.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
