The Role:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading the crew in this fast paced and fun environment. We take pride in having a team of leaders who are passionate about what they do and who they do it with! We're looking for someone who is hardworking and confident who can ensure our guests always feel welcome with an exceptional experience on every visit.

Working alongside a team of passionate and hardworking co-workers, we'll provide the training and support required so you can learn, develop and have fun while doing it.

Applicants must have a current RSA and Approved Managers Card and 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry in a similar role including working in a bar/tavern venue.

Preferred Additional Experience/Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Work with senior management on business performance, forecasting, P&L's
• Understanding of workplace health & safety
• Passion for driving the business forward with creative ideas and input for growth

Duties include working with Chefs to plan menus, as well as organising functions. You'll also be responsible for training and overseeing wait and kitchen staff. and ensuring compliance with health regulations throughout the venue. You'll also keep on top of stock levels and their records to make sure you purchase and price goods according to the current budgets.
