Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead the Miss Mi Restaurant, Third Space Bar and room service teams. Teaming up with the Director of Food and Beverage, you'll craft unforgettable guest experiences, maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency. From overseeing daily operations to managing budgets and upholding cleanliness standards, your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Your role goes beyond day-to-day operations; you'll orchestrate seamless events, contribute to strategic meetings, and champion a culture of excellence. Guiding recruitment, training, and development efforts, you'll inspire your team to embody Accor's Vision and Values. By managing inventory, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, you'll drive continuous improvement, elevating guest satisfaction and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in upscale dining
- Strong understanding of hotel systems and experience in creating and managing budgets
- Approved Manager License
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays, when required
