Joblink plus are seeking a suitably qualified Café Supervisor to share your knowledge and experience with the team at our Training Café, whilst delivering an excellent food and beverage experience for our Customers and Community. You will work closely with our Trainers to provide an entry point for our trainees into the hospitality industry.
You will be:
- An experienced shift leader.
- A competent and experienced barista.
- Able to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experienced in food preparation.
- Passionate about training and sharing knowledge with trainees.
- Passionate with a flair for baking.
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have previous experiencing leading a busy café.
- The ability to use best judgment, working effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of Customer service.
- Be detail orientated and passionate about providing a high standard of food and beverage.
- Have experience and passion for baked goods.
