Casa Nostra Caffe / Restaurant in the heart of Osborne Park embodies the spirit and essence of fine Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the same role.
The ideal candidates will have a strong experience in the same role, organisation skills, staff training, inventory management skills, good communication skills, leadership skills, experience in a fine dining restaurant is a plus.
Main duties:
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Stock control and ensure that all the material needed in the floor is always available;
- Place orders with suppliers
- Planning and organising events, parties and functions;
- Advertising the restaurant and implement strategies to attract new customers;
- Greeting customers and getting feedback on food quality and service;
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards plus liquor regulations are obey;
- Supervising staff including provide training;
- Rostering the floor staff
- Maintain company procedures in regards to cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocol during opening and closing of the restaurant
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant are up to standard
