We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative(s) to join our team.
Your key responsibilities will include:.
- Answering inbound calls from Tyre retailers and wholesalers
- Data entry of customer orders
- Supplying information to customers on stock availability and product features
- Supporting the field sales team by processing orders for tyres and answering questions
- General administration as required.
We're looking for someone with;
- Previous Customer Service or help desk experience preferred but not necessary
- A desire to join a growing and successful team
- A pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
