Virtual Office Immediate Reception and Global Monitoring are an industry leader in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW. We are looking for Call Center Operators/ Security Monitoring officers to join our Goonellabah based team. Call Centre Candidates must be able to:
- Work in a fast paced Call Centre role which requires a calm manner, attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Have strong communication skills and computer literacy.
For the right candidate that is looking to expand their skills and become a Security Monitoring Officer, they must be able to:
- Multitask across a high level of prioritized alarm events and inbound calls.
- Liaise with emergency services, security patrols and a diverse range of clients.

Qualifications & experience
- Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact center or face to face environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Answer calls from all over Australia.
- Provide consistent and high-quality service.
- Efficiently engaging with customers to provide the appropriate outcome and information.
- Ensuring customers are treated with respect and dignity.
