- $34.01 per hour plus super
- 5 hours shifts per day, 25 hours per week
- 3 month temporary contract
Hours: Shifts will rotate between 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on a 4 week rotating roster
Although this is a part time role, you will be required to attend training and nesting at a full time capacity (up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week). Training/nesting will run for 2 weeks.
Start date: 10/05/2024 (you must be available to start then as there is group training happening)
What we need from you:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communications
- You must be tech savvy with the ability to use multiple computer systems at once, and pick up systems quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Previous Call Centre experience or Government experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work to KPIs
