MULTIPLE PART-TIME CALL CENTRE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
$34.01 per hour plus super
5 hours shifts per day, 25 hours per week
3 month temporary contract
Our Newcastle based State Government client is looking for a number of Call Centre Operators to join their team in a part-time capacity. If you have exceptional customer service skills along withbeing tech savvy, apply today! Hours: Shifts will rotate between 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on a 4 week rotating roster Although this is a part time role, you will be required to attend training and nesting at a full time capacity (up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week). Training/nesting will run for 2 weeks. Start date: 10/05/2024 (you must be available to start then as there is group training happening) What we need from you:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communications
You must be tech savvy with the ability to use multiple computer systems at once, and pick up systems quickly
Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
Previous Call Centre experience or Government experience is highly regarded
Ability to work to KPIs
