Call Centre Operator

This is a fantastic role if you are looking to start your career and want to help people across the community. Our client is looking for a Receptionist/ Call Centre Operator who will be based in Sydney CBD.
The role
• Support the customer through their claims process,
• Managing a high volume of calls and queries from both internal and external stakeholders
• Database management- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system
• Ad hoc administration and reporting
Your background
• 12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential
• Administration experience, supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
• Take pride in your work and its quality, providing strong attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach, with care at the heart of what you do
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders
• Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal

• $55,000-$70,000 Plus Super dependent on experience
