- Salary guide - maximum base rate is $26.87 not including penalty rates

Your normal day includes the following duties
- Handle incoming phone calls and promptly address inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to security systems and devices.
- Manage email communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry and records.
- Generate reports based on monitoring activities.
- Provide excellent customer service
There is a a requirement to work weekends on a roster.

You will need
