The Call Centre Operator for our Service Department will liaise with customers to ensure their next service is booked at their local dealership.

The position:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to make appointments for customers whose next service is due on their motorcycle.
- Calling existing customers only. No Cold calling.
- Work closely with Service Department Managers to assist growth.
- Refer customer complaints to management and assist in resolution.
About you:
- Automotive background is preferred. Would suit a Service Advisor looking for a change from a customer facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to actively engage customers over the phone.
- An interest in motorcycles would help you enjoy the role more, but not essential.
