In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of settings and providing high-quality nursing care to people with a diverse range of healthcare needs.Key Accountabilities: Undertaking assessments and developing individualised care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionalsAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitoring for adverse reactions.Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and health status.Educating patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, other nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.Providing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.About You: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.Minimum of 1 years of experience working in acute care, aged care, or community care settings.Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide high-quality nursing care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and patient monitoring.Experience working with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.What's on Offer: We offer a personalised approach and often meet with you face-to-face before you start working and meet ongoing to make sure you are comfortable.We offer working flexibility to move from place to place or often stay at one location for a longer period.We offer you a great pay rates and pay you weekly.A full orientation program is provided for all new staff to get you familiar with systems and processes.Provide onsite training in areas you are not familiar.You become part of a large Tasmanian nursing team.Eligible for referral incentives.So, if you're looking for a destination that offers a perfect blend of natural wonders, cultural richness, and genuine hospitality, look no further than Tasmania.
