Your Role
As the Campaign Executive, you will spearhead the creation, production, and delivery of comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns. Your role involves thorough campaign performance management, ensuring optimization strategies are implemented. You will oversee media agencies, drive tactical campaigns, and manage advertising initiatives.
You will also manage:
Media Agencies
- Effective management of creative and media agencies for optimal campaign outcomes
- Execution of impactful tactical campaigns to bolster bookings
Advertising Campaigns – media and creative
- Collaboration across departments to set KPIs and enhance Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)
- Finalization of Creative Briefs in conjunction with the Marketing Director
- Development and execution of targeted media plans for diverse audiences
- Oversight of the approval process and ensuring correct implementation
CRM Campaigns
- Formulation of email marketing strategies to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat visitation
- Management of technical aspects related to email marketing systems
- Regular reporting on email marketing performance with suggested improvement
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the Group Communications Manager on PR initiatives
- Provide support to the Events and Partnerships Manager for event promotions
About You
We seek a motivated and confident professional with:
- Preferred experience in media or creative agencies
- Knowledge of digital and social media practices
- Essential project management skills
- Unwavering attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
