We're seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience in campaign management, particularly on the client side. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including retail, websites, and social media, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Create a seasonal marketing calendar and develop tactical go-to-market strategies to boost exposure and sales demands.
- Develop clear and concise marketing briefs, coordinate marketing activities, and monitor campaign progress, reporting on success to stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing various digital channels such as website content, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Create compelling written content for diverse marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, emails, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing marketing materials and liaise with external suppliers for retail collateral.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies, to develop and execute integrated brand marketing initiatives.
- Own the briefing, planning, and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights to key stakeholders, and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support special customer events in-store with retail partners and apply marketing expertise for B2B aspects, including corporate lead generation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing, such as invoice payments and liaising with the Finance department.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in campaign management, preferably on the client side.
- Strong marketing generalist skills with experience in CRM, ATL/BTL, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with MailChimp, Paid Ads, Google Ads, and SEO is desirable.
- Qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
