About your role
We are looking for a Candidate Manager to join our Randstad Digital team in Melbourne CBD. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in technology recruitment. Come onboard and be a partner for talent in the data and BI space. Responsibilities include
- Resourcing candidates
- Supporting account managers with sourcing
- Being market sector expert within the data & BI recruitment space
- Nurture and grow candidate relationships
- Plan and execute hiring strategies
- Talent pooling
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing Candidate Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to clients and candidates in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with stakeholders.
- Recruitment, sales, retail or hospitality experience
- You value relationships and understand the importance of it
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Target driven and self managed
- Resilience to deal with fast paced, competitive market sector
