The Capability Development Facilitator provides the opportunity to contribute to how learning and development is delivered across DEECA through the coordination, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of Capability Development projects and solutions, based on demand from across DEECA's Business Groups.
This position also coordinates day to day management of training purchases against the budget and performance management of external service providers against contractual agreements.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, education, organisational development or a related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
- Depth of experience in designing and developing learning resources, facilitating learning and development activities and application of strategies that optimise learning transfer and performance uplift.
- Experience with eLearning authoring and digital learning tools (desirable).
- Demonstrated project management in an end-to-end capacity that results in positive performance outcomes.
