Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Capability you will play a key role in scoping, planning and delivering a program of People & Culture projects. It's a role that offers lots of variety, the opportunity to work with leaders and teams from all over MMS, and the opportunity to grow your applied OD know-how.
You'll do well if you're naturally curious, a self-starter, resourceful, and if you love working with data and insights. And if you have all this, you’ll be in good company.

Desired experience
- Project management and project coordination.
- Collecting, preparing and analysing data and producing reporting insights and trends.
- Applied experience in continuous improvement, human centred/employee experience design, organisation development disciplines.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development
