The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Leadership and Capability Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team in either Melbourne or Sydney. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration and co-ordination of AIA learning and organisational development activities. This is the opportunity will work closely with the Head of Leadership and Capability to support the design and delivery of Leadership and Capability programs and initiatives.
To do this successfully you will:
- Support and deliver the induction/onboarding program, including facilitation of these programs
- Support the design, creation and maintenance of all learning content
- Support the scheduling of programs and training including evaluation and management of learner participation/ attendance in the Workday LMS
- Analyse and produce L&CD insights including reporting and dashboards, measuring the effectiveness of L&CD interventions
- Proactively make recommendations for process improvements regarding learning and organisational development processes
- Contribute to the improvement of existing frameworks, tools and solutions
- Build strong relationships with the L&CD Team, broader People and Culture team and other key stakeholders as required
- Provide support and advice to employees and our People Advisory team in relation to learning & development
Successful applications will demonstrate:
- Proven experience working within a fast paced Learning or People and Culture environment
- Facilitation experience would be desirable for this position
- Project management skills and experience including project planning and execution
- Strong communication and change management skills and of awareness campaigns/program launches
- The ability to create strong relationships across all levels within an organisation
- Experience using the Workday LMS would be highly regarded, as would experience in developing e-Learning content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
