The Team
You are part of a diverse and energetic team responsible for forecasting (short, medium and long term) and scheduling of activities, as well as real time telephony and task optimisation of frontline areas such as Motor, Home, and Broker. Workload is comprised of both customer facing and task based activity and this team is responsible for making informed recommendations to the business about how best to manage present and future resources to produce the best possible customer experience.
Your duties and responsibilities- Ensuring that all relevant areas of the organisation are adequately resourced to meet the operational workload forecasts.
- Provide the leadership teams with a detailed strategy for resource management, including recommendations for training requirements, recruitment, secondments, overtime management and leave management.
- Analysis of impacts and results to explain and recognise business trends and areas requiring attention in relation to resourcing
- Review forecasting and planning models to ensure adequate resourcing for the short, medium and long term horizons
- Make informed recommendations through insights to the business about how best to manage future resources to produce the best possible customer experience.
About You
- Strong understanding of workforce management methodology
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and rapport at all levels
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple high pressure tasks
- Superior organisational, planning and documentation skills.
- Previous exposure to General Insurance
- Advanced Excel skills
