Capital Equipment Sales - Packaging

An exciting opportunity is available to join a successful Australian Business, Aldus. We have manufacturing plants in Australia, UK and USA, and offices or warehouses across Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, and Poland. As a part of the Aldus Group, we provide a wide range of individual to complete packaged solutions to customers in the print, packaging print and labelling industry. 

We are currently looking for a Capital Equipment Sales Manager, to join our Australian Packaging Team. The role will build a sale team responsible for generating sales among new and existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling of Tronics Products. The applicant will develop policies and procedures for staff to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers as well as ensuring projects are delivered and payment realised in alignment with agreed terms of the sale. 

Some of your key capabilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a strategic approach to identifying opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Create and deliver sales strategies and sales budgets for the organisation.
• Create and deliver an effective business plan that will deliver on target commercial performance.
• Develop strategies to maintain the organisations image and reputation amongst existing and potential clients.
• Be the trusted advisor to our customers.

The successful application will have:

• Proven experience in sales of Capital Equipment in the Continuous Manufacturing environment. [Coding and Labelling Preferred]
• Proven experience in sales of Video Jet equipment. 
• Experience managing a sales personnel.
• Knowledge of: SAP, CRM software [HubSpot Desirable], Microsoft 365
• An ability to understand a technical opportunity and deliver a value added solution
• Availability to travel intra state or interstate as required.
