The Role

Within our Oil Free Air Team, we need a Sales Engineer to cover the East Victoria Territory for compressed air, low pressure blowers and industrial gas solutions. Working with a diverse range of customers across markets like mining, energy, and manufacturing industries, you will be able to leverage off Atlas Copco’s sustainable and energy efficient product ranges.

Our Sales team help our customers and distributors by developing solutions that solve their problems and improve their business using our large portfolio of equipment and technical solutions. You will have access to a team of Product experts who are able to assist you with finding the best solutions for not only end to end customers but also engineering houses and contractors. 

Our Sales Engineers are accountable within their sales region for:

  • Sales planning and development
  • Territory management
  • Proactive customer development
  • Key account identification and management
 

What we expect of you? 

  • Technical sales experience within B2B environment, large equipment installations and engineering experience desirable 
  • Compressed air industry experience is a great asset, but not necessary
  • Experience in valuing selling and win-win negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet key sales KPI’s such as visits and sales targets across multiple product offerings
  • Well-developed commercial acumen including dealing with terms and conditions
