Following a re-structure and as part of their commitment to provide strong customer and patient outcomes service, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (VIC, SA, WA, TAS) to provide strategy and in-field support for a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists. This newly created role could either be based in Melbourne or Adelaide. Building on a market leading position the business is set up for further growth and success.This is a rare chance to closely partner with healthcare professionals as well as senior healthcare decision makers and truly add value. Full and comprehensive training for this interesting portfolio will be provided. We are looking for a polished and highly engaging leader, with a proven track record, who is passionate about partnering with clinicians to support positive results and patient outcomes.
In order to excel in this role you will have:
- Min of 3 years sales management experience in medical devices
- Experience and proven track record selling Capital Equipment and ideally consumables
- Resilience and passion for driving growth and achievement of sales targets
- Engaging, motivating and committed leadership style
- Highly developed commercial abilities
- Outstanding influencing and relationship building skills
- The ability to create enthusiasm in the team
- A professional and ethical approach
