- Monthly Performance Reporting of capital positions by Australian and NZ entities covering capital sufficiency, the balance sheet, risk appetite considerations and reinsurance.
- Capital budget and 3-year forecasting
- Identifying risks and opportunities to the capital budget and rolling reforecast
- Monitoring Capital Performance against budget, rolling reforecast and identified risks and opportunities.
- Year-end accelerated reporting including analyst pack
- Communicating Capital allocation and performance monitoring, including ROE and RORBC measures
- Responsible for dividend forecasting and scenario analysis
- Assessing capital impacts from portfolio and reinsurance strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Insurance capital management strategy
- Recognised Accounting/Actuarial degree
- Chartered Accountant qualification highly desirable
- 2+ Years of experience in reserving
- 2+ years of experience in an insurance/capital role
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (accounting and actuarial)
- Strong communication orally and written
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
