Group Performance Management the
Manager Group Performance Expenses will Provide coordination of month end close and forecasting processes for the Group expense base
What you'll do- Provide oversight and ongoing management of month end expense close & reporting, including internal and external views.
- Providing monthly financial insights around expense and FTE to HO of GPM, CFO and ELT.
- Consolidation of Group forecasting and budgeting across operational expenses and FTE, together with relevant analysis.
- Complete expense section of the Group Investor pack with supporting documents.
- Provide insight into the expense allocations to drive a fairer outcome across the group and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies in the cost base.
- Manage the Group STI forecast and Group Restructure provision.
- Manage the Expense month end, forecast and budget timetable and deliverables.
- Engage with the Data Analytics and Systems team to ensure TM1 and relevant Finance Systems are maintained and optimised.

Job Requirements- 7+ years' experience within a financial services organisation
- Insurance experience is mandatory
- Experience in analysis and executive reporting
- Experience in a finance role in a medium or large financial services organisation
- Strong analytical capability (incl. data analysis) with background in business analysis, management reporting and / or decision support.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficiency with TM1
- Strong verbal and business writing skills with experience in reporting to senior leadership / external audience.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
