We are looking for a Car Park Manager to lead a team in a retail shopping center in Toowong QLD. The role will continue to deliver on our point of difference and drive both business and employee performance.
The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding customer service to both the Centre Management team and to the centre's staff and customers.
This role will report directly to the QLD Business Operations Manager.
To be considered for this role, you will have;
- Strong B2B client relationship management experience;
- Solid & demonstrated customer service, operational management and project management skills;
- Proven experience with leading and managing a team in a fast paced, client focussed environment;
- Demonstrated skills and experience with Profit & Loss Statements, managing budgets and liaising with suppliers;
- Proficient MS Office skills and have experience in generating and analysing statistical reports;
- Outstanding presentation and communications skills; and
- Previous Car Park management industry experience.
