Car Park Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for a Car Park Manager/supervisor to lead a team at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre. This role will continue to deliver on our point of difference and drive both business and employee performance.

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to both the Centre Management team and to the center's staff and customers.

The Car Park Manager role will report directly to the NSW Business Operations Manager.

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Strong B2B client relationship management experience;
• Solid & demonstrated customer service, operational management and project management skills;
• Proven experience with leading and managing a team in a fast paced, client focussed environment;
• Demonstrated skills and experience with Profit & Loss Statements, managing budgets and liaising with suppliers;
• Proficient MS Office skills and have experience in generating and analysing statistical reports;
• proven experience in assisting in leading, training and managing a team in a fast paced, client focused environment;
• have experience with arranging staff rosters that provide the optimum amount of staff to deliver the best possible customer service, whilst also ensuring that all Car Park equipment is operating efficiently;  
• Outstanding presentation and communications skills; and
• Previous Car Park management industry experience is a bonus.
