Two Shores Holiday Park at the Entrance North is looking for a manager and caretaker to look after our small Caravan Park. We have 99 sites with camping, tourist cabins and residents
This role will require weekend work.
Job responsibilities include:
Overall Park Management:
- Manage all staff
- Whilst not actively working in the office, will be responsible for all office activities including debtors
- Responsible for all day to day management decisions
- Cleaning and Maintenance of all gardens, trees, lawns and grounds, pool, amenities block
- Cleaning and maintenance of all park owned accommodation. Must possess a current “C” class driver’s license
- Responsible for after hour call outs
The Applicants must:
- Have experience in managing Caravan Parks or maintenance and business management
- Experience managing staff
- Class “C” drivers license
- Have an up to date working with Children's check
- Have the ability to Problem Solve and deal with situations in a rational manner
- Excellent People skills
- Capable of working unsupervised
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proven honesty, reliability & loyalty
- Applicants require a positive attitude, friendly personality, punctuality and reliability.
Managers accommodation is supplied as this is a live on site roles.
